We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions or images are error-free.

Living Products Note

Because plants are living organisms, individual specimens will vary in shape, size, and color from the photos shown. Descriptions are intended as a general guide.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

03 Orders and Payments

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or stock errors.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Errors in pricing or promotion details.

Payments are handled by MintPay or PayHere. We do not store your full payment details.

04 Shipping and Delivery

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Delivery timeframes (typically 3–7 business days) are estimates and may vary based on location or weather conditions.

For live plants, we prioritize mid-week shipping to ensure plants do not spend the weekend in a courier warehouse. You will be notified once your order is dispatched.

05 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, plant care guides, graphics, and logos, is the property of Agril Horticulture Technologies (Private) Limited. You may not reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

06 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Agrilhotech, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
