📦Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Delivery timeframes depend on the product's availability:

  • Standard Items: 3–7 business days from the date your order is confirmed (times may vary slightly for remote areas).

  • Preorder or Backorder Items: Approximately 14–21 days.

You'll receive a notification once your order is on its way.

Will my plant be okay in a box for 3-7 days?

We completely understand this worry—we treat these plants like our own! While our standard delivery timeline is 3–7 days, that is just the time it takes to process and route your order. We never leave our plants waiting in the dark. Your plant stays out in our nursery, enjoying fresh air and light, right up until the last possible moment. We only box it up right before our next-day courier arrives for pickup. This guarantees your plant spends a maximum of 24 hours in transit so it arrives safely to you.

Do you deliver island-wide?

Yes — we deliver to all districts across Sri Lanka. Whether you're in Colombo, Kandy, Galle, Jaffna, or anywhere in between, we'll bring your plants right to your door.

Is there free shipping?

Yes! Orders over LKR 6,990 qualify for free shipping. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee applies at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery in real time. You can also check your order status anytime from your account under My Orders.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video as proof. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Reach us via WhatsApp, email, or the contact form.

How often should I water my plants?

Watering frequency depends on the plant type, pot size, and your home environment. A general rule: check the top 2–3 cm of soil — if it feels dry, it's time to water. Most tropical houseplants do well with watering once or twice a week. Overwatering is the most common mistake, so when in doubt, wait a day more.

What kind of light do my plants need?

Most houseplants thrive in bright, indirect light — near a window but not in direct harsh sunlight. Direct afternoon sun can scorch leaves. Low-light varieties like pothos and snake plants are more flexible. Each product page on our store includes specific light requirements for that plant.

Why are my plant's leaves turning yellow?

Yellow leaves are usually caused by one of these:

  • 🌊 Overwatering — the most common cause
  • ☀️ Too much direct sunlight
  • 🧪 Nutrient deficiency — the plant may need fertiliser
  • 🌡️ Sudden temperature change — avoid cold drafts or AC vents

How do I know if my plant needs fertiliser?

Signs your plant may need feeding include slow growth, pale or dull leaves, and smaller new leaves than usual. In our warm, year-round climate, houseplants rarely stop growing completely. Instead of following strict seasonal rules, simply feed your plants once a month with a balanced liquid fertiliser as long as they are actively pushing out new leaves. Can I keep plants in the bathroom?

Yes — bathrooms are actually great for low light and humidity-loving plants! Good choices include peace lilies, ferns, pothos, and spider plants. While natural indirect light is ideal, bathrooms usually feature bright artificial lighting that does a fantastic job of supporting plant growth. If your bathroom has no windows, these artificial lights are often enough to keep low-light tolerant varieties happy. To keep them looking their absolute best, simply rotate them with plants from brighter spots in your home every few weeks.

Are plants safe to keep in the bedroom?

Absolutely! Plants are wonderful for bedrooms because they help purify the air and create a calming environment that promotes better sleep. You may have heard the myth that plants take up too much oxygen at night, but the amount is incredibly tiny and completely safe. In fact, plants like the Snake Plant actually do the opposite—they release fresh oxygen while you sleep!

A quick tip: If you run the air conditioning in your bedroom at night, the air can get quite dry. Choose resilient plants like ZZ Plants, Snake Plants, or Pothos, and just make sure they aren't sitting directly in the cold draft of the A/C vent.

🔄Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase:

  • 🌱 Live plants: Report any issues within 3 days of delivery
  • 🪴 Accessories & other items: Report within 7 days of delivery

You must contact us immediately with clear photos or an unboxing video as proof. Items must be in their original, undamaged condition (for non-plant items).

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us as soon as possible through any of these channels:

Include your order number and attach your proof photos or video. Our team will respond within 1 hour during business hours.

Are there any non-returnable items?

We assess every situation fairly, but we do have a few exceptions. First, any live plants that have intentional physical cuts (such as attempts at propagation) are non-returnable.

For plants suffering from improper care—like underwatering, overwatering, or extreme heat—we handle things a bit differently. Instead of a flat rejection after the 3-day return window, our team will work directly with you to try and recover the plant. If it still doesn't survive despite our help, we will send you a new replacement plant (please note, no monetary refunds are provided in these cases).

For accessories and non-plant items, used products are non-refundable. However, if you have a reasonable issue with the item, let us know and we can look into sending a replacement.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Bank transfers are typically fastest. If you paid via PayHere or Mint Pay, timelines may vary slightly based on their processing schedules.

How do I create an account?

Click "My Account" at the top of the page and select "Register". Enter your name, email address, and a password. Having an account lets you track orders, save your address, and view your order history. You can also create an account automatically when placing your first order at checkout.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes, but you must contact us as soon as possible — ideally within a few hours of placing your order — before it is dispatched. Once the order has been handed to the courier, we are unable to change the delivery address. Contact us via WhatsApp for the fastest response.

Do you offer indoor plant styling for homes or offices?

Yes, we do! Beyond just delivering plants, we offer specialized indoor plant styling and comprehensive "Plant-as-a-service" packages. Whether you need help selecting the perfect plants to match your interior design or want an ongoing service to keep your office green and thriving, reach out to our team for a custom consultation.

Can I send a plant as a gift to someone else?

Absolutely. Plants make unforgettable, lasting gifts. During the checkout process, simply enter the recipient's address in the shipping details. You will also have the option to add a personalized gift message, which we will handwrite and include with their new plant.

Will there be an invoice or prices included in the gift box?

Never. We know how important it is to keep gift details discreet. If you indicate that an order is a gift at checkout, we ensure that the packing slip included in the box contains absolutely no pricing information.

Do you handle bulk orders for corporate gifting or events?

Yes! We frequently fulfill bulk orders for corporate client gifts, employee appreciation, and special events. Because bulk orders require careful selection and sometimes involve our nursery stock, we recommend reaching out to us at least 3-4 weeks in advance so we can prepare the perfect greenery for your event.

Are your plants healthy and pest-free?

Absolutely. All our plants are carefully inspected before dispatch. We treat for pests and ensure each plant is healthy, well-rooted, and ready to thrive in its new home. If you ever receive a plant that doesn't meet this standard, contact us within 3 days and we'll make it right.

Where do you source your plants?

We source our plants from trusted local nurseries and growers across Sri Lanka. By working with local suppliers, we ensure plants are already adapted to the Sri Lankan climate — making them easier to care for in your home.

What if a plant I want is out of stock?

You can use the "Notify me when available" option on the product page to get an alert when it's back in stock. Alternatively, send us a message on WhatsApp or via the contact form — we can often source specific plants on request.

Do plants look exactly like the photos?

Since plants are living things, each one is unique — slight variations in leaf pattern, size, and shape are completely natural and part of the beauty. Our photos are taken of actual stock and represent typical specimens. If you'd like to see a specific plant before ordering, message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you a photo.

Do you sell pots and accessories separately?

Yes! We stock a range of pots, planters, soil mixes, fertilisers, and plant care accessories. Browse our Accessories category on the store. You can also bundle plants with accessories in the same order to qualify for free shipping on orders over LKR 6,990.
