  • Delivery address (within Sri Lanka)
  • Date of birth — Non-mandatory; collected only with your explicit consent for birthday offers.
  • Communications — Messages or photos sent via WhatsApp or email.

Information collected through tools

  • Plant Finder Quiz — Quiz answers and email via RevenueHunt.
  • Marketing Preferences — Managed via Omnisend.
  • Payment Details — Handled securely by MintPay/PayHere. We do not store card details.

03 Data Sharing & Liability

We share data with trusted partners (MintPay, Omnisend, Zoho, Couriers) solely to fulfill orders. We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party payment processors.

Our promise

We do not sell or trade your data. Your information exists only to facilitate your experience with Agrilhotech.

04 Your Rights

In accordance with Sri Lankan law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. We retain order records for 7 years for legal and tax compliance.
